Hassle Free 15 Days Return / Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept return of all our new & unused products with original tag for exchange or refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, we must have a liberal return / exchange policy. So if you are not happy with your purchase, return the merchandize to us for refund/exchange within 15 days of the purchase date.

All items other than listed in non-returnable items can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for exchange (only one time exchange possible) with any other item of same or higher value. You only pay re-shipping charge and price difference with requested exchange item.
 

Non – Returnable Items

Following items are non- returnable and we offer no refunds / exchange:

·         Item without receipt

·         Jewelry

·         Broken / damaged / used / worn items. Includes any items with perfume smell or any marks

·         Opened items such as Henna Tattoos, Bindi

·         Gift cards

·         Return on festive items will not be accepted after the festival

·         Discounted items or on sale items

·         Bulk items

Return / Exchange Instructions:

• Email Ravishing Handicrafts to obtain REX #.
• Return for refund / exchange as specified above within 15 days of the purchase date.
• Write REX # on the package so that our returns department can accept the package.
• Take a print out of your order copy and put in the parcel you are returning for prompt refund/exchange.
• If exchange requested: Put note inside the parcel for item sku #(s) required in exchange.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging – unworn / unaltered / without perfume or usage marks / with security tags on.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 12-14 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied. You will receive email from us as soon as refund is issued.

Color Disclaimer

Ravishinghandicrafts.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. All color options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of Ravishing Handicrafts outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.

General Disclaimer

The garments sold at RavishingHandicrafts.com are handmade / crafted in the finest traditions of India's textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are handmade, hence beyond our control.

All workmanship, beads, jardozi are not real. For any real workmanship such as real gold, real silver, diamonds, jari etc. unless specified REAL under the product description, they are artificial. Customer would purchase the product/dress from RavishingHandicrafts.com under the full understanding that the workmanship, beads, metal is artificial unless clearly written under the product description (REAL).
